Eleni Savva joined the Litigation Department of the firm in 2019.

Eleni specializes on civil litigation with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation, banking law and finance, real estate law, contract law and tortious claims.

She appears regularly before the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus advising and representing clients on major commercial differences. She also has experience in reviewing and drafting legal documents and court pleadings as well as preparing and providing legal opinions.

Eleni is engaged in court proceedings relating to complex matters arising from contract and banking law and she is mainly involved with the debenture cases that arose in 2012 after the collapse of Marfin Laiki Bank. She also acts for a public authority in connection with its tax collection cases. Additionally, Eleni handles civil tort cases regarding libel and defamation.

Her practice further focuses on employment and intellectual property law.
